Tasting Notes

Appearance: Hazy golden-orange hue with a thin, creamy, white head.

Aroma: Light spicy, orange, citrus aroma.

Mouthfeel: Creamy, full and fizzy mouthfeel.

Taste: A light, wheaty sweetness followed by a spiced orange and tangy grapefruit rind middle.  The finish has notes of bitter lemon seeds and peppery grains of paradise.

Pairing: Thai-basil shrimp with just a subtle kick of spice.
