Tasting Notes

Appearance: Crystal clear, golden apple juice hue with a frothy white head

Aroma: Hint of fresh-baked biscuits with a distinctive earthy British hop aroma

Mouthfeel: Medium body with a low to moderate carbonation.

Taste: A slight clover honey sweetness is followed by bitter and earthy black tea tannins, grassy clover and tangy fuggle hops and a slight peppery dryness.

Pairing: Traditional English fish & chips would pair well, but so would some moderately spicy Indian curry.

Trivia: While the bottled version of London Pride found in the US is pasteurized, the lower alcohol (4.1%) version found in England is served unpasteurized from a traditional cask.
